Our Team

Audra Fox – Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer

As the Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer at Avant National Title, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence in the title and escrow industry. Since embarking on my career in 2015, I have climbed the ranks from an office administrator to my current role, where I spearhead our branch operations and guide our team in delivering unparalleled service.

A proud graduate of Texas State University, class of 2014, my academic background laid the foundation for my meticulous attention to detail and my customer-centric approach. These qualities have been the cornerstone of my professional philosophy and have driven my success in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to fostering collaboration within my team, believing strongly that collective effort is key to achieving our goals and exceeding client expectations. My dedication to our clients and passion for the industry have not only contributed to our branch's success but have also enabled me to develop innovative solutions to the unique challenges we face in the title and escrow field.

In every transaction, I strive to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved, underscoring my belief in the importance of trust, transparency, and teamwork. As I continue to grow in my role at Avant National Title, I am excited about the opportunities to further enhance our services and contribute to our company's legacy of excellence.

On a personal note, I celebrated a significant milestone in December 2023, marrying my wonderful husband, David. Together, we are the proud parents of two adorable dogs, Kobe and Tapioca, who bring endless joy and laughter into our lives. This personal journey of love, partnership, and pet parenthood enriches my professional journey, reinforcing my belief in the value of relationships, both at home and in the workplace.

Kelli Robertson – Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer

Born and raised in Dallas, I’ve proudly called Rockwall County home since 2007. With more than 12 years in the title and escrow industry, I’ve had the privilege of working on both residential and commercial transactions, gaining experience in every step of the process. I love what I do because it allows me to help people through one of the biggest milestones of their lives -buying or selling a home.

When Avant National Title opened the Rockwall branch, I was honored to take on the role of Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer. I’ve worked hard to build a team that clients and partners can rely on for clear communication, quick turnarounds, and dependable service. For me, it’s not just about closing a transaction - it’s about creating a positive experience that people will remember.

Outside of the office, I’m a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan and a proud dog mom. I enjoy being active in the community, spending time with loved ones, and finding ways to serve others. My faith is central to who I am, guiding me to lead with integrity, honesty, and compassion in both my personal and professional life.

Thea Woodward – Escrow Officer

I began my real estate career at 20 as a junior loan processor and gained early experience in both lending and title during the refinance boom while in college. After graduating from San Diego State University, I returned to Texas, worked with a local home builder, and eventually found my way back to title, where I now bring a well-rounded understanding of the entire transaction.

As a third-generation real estate professional, I value clear communication, attention to detail, and strong partnerships. My goal is to make sure every client and partner feels supported from contract to closing. Outside of work, I have a deep love for horses and am actively involved in showing on the local hunter/jumper circuit. I also enjoy spending time outdoors camping and hiking.

Jesse Baker – Marketing Manager, Escrow Assistant

With nearly a decade in real estate and over 15 years in marketing, Jesse Baker brings a creative and relationship-driven approach to every closing experience. Known for thinking outside the box, Jesse loves finding unique and fun ways to connect with agents, clients, and partners — making the process both professional and enjoyable.

A true people person, Jesse adds a touch of realness and friendliness to every interaction. When not helping clients, you’ll find Jesse spending time with a close-knit family — a partner, daughter, and their five dogs (yes, five!). Together, they enjoy swimming, road trips, shopping, and movie nights.

Active in the Richardson community, Jesse is involved with the HOA, PTA, and local events. Born in California and raised in Austin, Jesse brings a blend of West Coast creativity and Texas charm to the Avant National Title team.

And while he may love all things beige, Jesse’s energy and ideas are anything but boring.

Phillip Ratliff – Escrow Assistant | Southlake

My journey in the title industry began in 2005 at a law firm that handled a significant portion of foreclosure activity across the state of Texas. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in high-volume, fast-paced production, along with hands-on abstracting and an in-depth understanding of state-regulated processes.

As my career progressed, I expanded my expertise into the national title production space, working with multiple underwriters. It was there that I discovered a true passion for leadership—building and managing high-performing teams, exceeding client expectations, and ensuring risk is minimized at every stage of the transaction.

Today, I bring years of industry knowledge, experience, and dedication to the team at Avant National Title. I am committed to delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for all of our clients, both current and future. Outside of the office, I am an avid runner and marathon competitor, as well as a proud and devoted father.

Beth Lowe – Sr. Escrow Officer | Rockwall Heath

I began my career in the title industry as an Escrow Assistant and quickly earned my Escrow Officer license, setting the foundation for over a decade of experience in the field. Throughout the years, I’ve learned the value of consistency, attention to detail, and being someone clients and colleagues can truly rely on. I take pride in doing things the right way and in helping every closing feel smooth, seamless, and as stress-free as possible.

Originally from Tennessee and Mississippi, I made my way to the Dallas area after marrying my husband in 1999, and it’s been home ever since. I’m a proud mom of four and recently stepped into my newest role as “grandma,” which has been such a special and rewarding chapter.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the baseball field cheering on my son, planning my next trip, enjoying a little retail therapy, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Olivia Deleon - Escrow Assistant | Rockwall Heath

What a blessing it has been to grow within the title industry. I began my journey as a receptionist in Frisco, Texas in 2021, learning the business from the ground up. Through hard work and perseverance, I transitioned into a funding role just two years later, with the added blessing of working closer to home in Rockwall. After gaining experience on the front end, I was given the opportunity to step into the back end of the process, where funding deepened both my knowledge and my passion for serving clients through each closing.

Today, I’m grateful to support both assisting and funding, bringing versatility, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence to every transaction. I remain eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, and I’m thankful for a journey that continues to unfold step by step.

Outside of the office, I enjoy quiet moments with coffee, nature, and a good book. I’m a proud mother and the youngest grandmother you’ll ever meet! My heart is centered on faith, and my greatest desire is to lead my family with it. I love serving in my church, my community, and my workplace, striving to be a light wherever I go. At the end of the day, I’m here to serve—and to give my very best in all that I do
